for those who doesn't want to watch it fonts - rubik glow - intensity 30 animation > out > expand expand: 3.0 red and export put it in a clip then click overlay then click the one u exported splice/blend - lighten mask - horizontal (follow what he does in 2:02 ) click animations then fade in, in in and fade out in out fade in- 0.3 blue fade out - 0.2 red There you go ur done! edit: 10 likes??

Btw chat if this is hard, js add the overlay that u wrote the text, and use the splice lighten, and js use animations, the animations option is at the same place where u scroll through alot of stuffs with splice, mask and stuffs, its way easier and some are better like the black whole, in both intro and outro looks like timestop and the text pops out, its like dio or could be used as domain expansion text

for that ur gonna need a referance video it can be audio or anything then in ur sample video u can use the breaks givin in ur referance and slowly add more texts in the referance video then add the video to ur main video and splice it
