Nice! Still have it, with LNW board as extension. If it still runs no idea. Remember Newdos 80 with its Pdrive commands to set floppy density SS/DS. And has CPM mod

I still have my TRS-80 Model III (48K) I had in high school and it still works with all original parts. The tape drive crapped out in the 90s though.

I really don't know much about this computer. Is there a way to hook up a hard drive to it for bulk storage ?

Doubtful. Trs80 model 1 predates almost all consumers available hard drives

Absolutely. Radio Shack initially sold a 5MB hard drive for the TRS-80 line.

@dmg6385 I learned something. I had an IBM 5150 w/ 10mb seagate i got in '88 or so from a university. I did not realize hard drives for microcomputers existed late 70s/very early 80s. 5150, I think, was released '83-84. Originally did not have hard drives until a year or 2 later

If lawyers say 3rd parties cannot legally sell trs80 system disks, where are people supposed to get them for their classic machines? Its not like you can go to the local mall and pop into Radio Shack.
