Aegis Bleed Shield Throw Forge Guard Solo Character Found BTW Last Epoch Build Guide Showcase
In this video I go over my full build guide showcase for Aegis Bleed Shield Throw Forge Guard, which I took in a fresh SCF (solo character found) from level 1 all the way to 400 corruption. Right now it seems like the average CoF build gets to 400c in about 2 days time, which is when I will be ending these in the future.

Literally buffed to the moon. 10% less damage taken, block effect per shield, 75% EXTRA bleed chance? Insane Smite uptime with only 2 idols. Yeah this build's the premiere Forge Guard now.

Leveled from Level 1-97 and got to 400c in 2 days on a Forge Guard. Pretty good. Also theres a bug that makes Lava Burst have no animation which can delete ground effects, have fun!

I've had success with using Fresh from the Forge with Manifest to frontline and bounce lava blast off of and stack ignites super fast using the same tech, alternating between shield throw and smelters wrath. Having minion regen t7 on belt makes the armor near invincible esp if you have regen on some of your other gear or good defensive stats, without even needing to invest much else to the armor in nodes or affixes.

Think you are onto the right idea here with the bleed tech. I do wonder though cause I been trying to build around Sigeon's Reprisal shield how that would work in this build. You also get the Armor node with flat reflect to buff it. Honestly I just wish FG mastery was reworked where you get damage based on Armor. Also wish there was a way to get Ward and generate Ward with throwing attack.

I was actually planning a build similar to this but built towards a more defensive style. Didnt realize the shields could ricochet shield throw. In hind sight, it makes sense since they are considered a minion. Ill have to play this when i return to LE

thank you for this suggestion . I came from POE where bleed and the only block-based character ( RIP Gladiator ) got nerved to oblivion . sadly there seem to be some nervs like Steel Aegis needing 3 points to give 3 block % instead of 2 % for 1 point since video-release . I stopped playing the first cycle after 2 days, because 3 characters in a row got the Isle of Storms bug ( about 5 years old, never fixed it seems ) and i didn't drop a key to progress via short-cuts to the guild-waypoint . giving this a try now - it's super fun so far . I'm looking forward to how far this one gets ( as long i don't bug out again )

Finally someone else who tried the shield throw ricochet spam! i tried last reason to make sigeon's reprisal ((25% to 35%) Chance to retaliate with Shield Throw on Block (0.5 second cooldown)) with ring of shields with shield throw bleed and bleed minions. I found out through a ticket that sigeon's reprisal wasn't working on shield minions from ring of shields. I will try to do it again this season. I hope to see shields and minions everywhere bleeding stuff in aoe

Very nice. Just recently wanted to try super tanky paladin with a shield and shield throw. But during lvling started realising, that probably the most effective way will be to go with some kind of DoT's. Looks like I was right. Thanks for the food for thought! :) Hope will be able to continue without killing my first ever hardcore SCF character during the build tests :)))

I could cry, you may have just made my day. I personally love shield throw paladin builds, but as you note, it's just a meme build for paladin atm. Curious how you'd change things to spec it for ignite/fire. Because that would make me so happy. And since I'm already using a sword and board melee build on my paladin, deleting my second paladin I was levelling for a forge guard shield thrower sounds like a great day. Looking forward to keeping up with this. Especially since I am CoF r10 (I didn't know MG was the way to go when I started the game, and all my characters are CoF as a result). So ya, if you can just drop an extra build planner for how you'd swap to ignite. Just......... Thank you If you go fire/ignite shield throw. Would you stick with a fire smite build instead? (Maybe including fissure?)

I play the game much less often amd more casual instead of days played could you use hours to give causal players a better representation of how long it will take to get here. 2 days for me is about 5 hours of game play. Love the variety of builds

You mention wanting to get as many of the Shields as possible from Ring of Shields, but you never actually mention WHY you want the skill in the first place - like is it offering ONLY survivability..? Does it offer damage somehow? You just glossed over that part but went into detail on nearly everything else.
