RTLM Broadcast Excerpt of April 3, 1994 (Death of President was "predicted")

On April 3, 1994 RTLM announced that "something big" was planned in Kigali.
Few days later, on April 6, 1994, President Habyarimana's plane crushed...In the following hours, roadblocks were put in place and the genocide against the Tutsi began. RTLM fueled the killings of Tutsi through hate speeches and inflammatory radio broadcasts, encouraging Interahamwe to exterminate the Tutsi across the country.
