@@rxsysista8810 What are u talking about mate, the meal she's eating is probably 1500-200 calories. If you diet and excercise, and only eat a meal and a bit a day it's completely reasonable to stay very fit with that amount of food. She also only posts once every three days, which means she wouldn't even need to exercise as that amount of calories is comletely normal.
