It sounds strange, but default icons are overrated. Actually many "underrated" thing are overrated, because there can be more people saying it's underrated, making it overrated(not talking about GD levels, I think you can count that these work really different)

7:00 I kinda like the theme they were going for - The ship as a retired war veteran - The spider with war scars in every conceivable area - The robot who looks like it’s ready to charge into war - The wave with a razor sharp edge for close up combat during war - The ball that looks like a saw that can be used for interrogations during war - The ufo looks scary enough to intimidate enemy forces during war - And the cube is a cute bunny to lead everyone to victory - The trail is probably the fire one and the death effect is definitely the bonus shards one (there should be a mushroom cloud death effect)

Any icon kit with the 120 secret coin UFO is an instant win for me. Not only is it the best UFO by a longshot, in my opinion, it's also just one of the best icons in the entire game. Of course, in my opinion. Unfortunately, though, you can only unlock it by beating most of the Map Packs

it’s just clean you can see everything, it’s like pro players using default cosmetics cuz they are better to play with and don’t distract you. people using these icons clearly do not want to be diffident and stand out. i think they want to be known only for their skill.
