ohne Schmarn...heute beim nach hause gehen, habe ich exakt so ein Bild im Kopf gehabt. An solchen Bändern zu hängen und damit Dehnungen zu machen. Gerade habe ich eine Home-Yoga Stunde auf KZbin gemacht und dieses Video wurde mir als nächstes empfohlen. Übermorgen fahre ich nach Wien um meinen Freund zu besuchen. Ich hoffe mal bei euch dabei sein zu können! Das ist wunderbar was ihr macht! Viel Freude dabei :)

I taught myself to do this on the pullup/dip bars at the gym! LOL Everyone looks at me like I am crazy! One person told me that they thought I was going to hit my head! Awesome job!

Lucy InTheSky I used to take classes and my teacher made a great mixture of the two! You do a lot of stretching and yoga poses with silks incorporated into the routine. We also did some aerial silks as shown in the video, mostly in classes for older teens and young adults, but in the classes for old folks we did mostly aerial yoga. I hope this helps!

Brenda Lanier - most aerial hammocks are rated to support 2000 lbs before tearing. I cannot speak to the rigging that was done on the ceilings here, but if professionally and properly rigged, the carabiners and hardware support 5,600 lbs. so anyone in reasonably good health, of any body size can do aerial yoga with proper rigging. Hope that helps.
