Aerial Hammock Drop

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Drops and tricks on aerial silks/hammock are dangerous!! This is NOT meant to be a complete tutorial of how to perform these moves safely! This is meant as a refresher for those who have trained with an instructor. Always practice under the direct supervision of an experienced and certified aerial instructor. There is a lot more to these wraps than you can see on a video. There is potential to get seriously injured or killed if you wrap incorrectly or do not execute the drops/poses properly!
