Once you're trained on an aerial lift is there any OSHA requirement for periodic retraining? (Not talking about retraining due to an accident, near-miss, unsafe acts, or a change in working conditions.)

Not in US. But I believe Canada requires retraining every 5 yrs

And I was actually getting more interested in all that harness stuff and going up further up because I am looking on how I was utilized on job sites and I didn't like how the whole harness tie-down thing was I still felt like maybe I could be in danger and granted I still should have been protected to some degree but I didn't wear a harness everyone else wore a harness but I still don't feel that it was fully safe and then I'm on a floor on the 11th floor at the U of A on 5th in Tucson and we don't have no guard rails on the 11th floor and there's three of us four of us up on the roof and any one of us could catch a breeze off of the roof and then you're dangling off the roof and we don't even have a team that is prepared for emergency response that's even posted to where it's visible for any of us there should be no reason by the emergency responses hidden like they should be in my visual side at all times especially when I'm signaling or somebody else is up at the roof signaling and and here we are you're just leaving people that are learning so of course there's lack of experience but you're the head of command and you're the one that's supposed to have all the knowledge and power and yet you're not even making sure everybody's safe and that goes for an c c a l c c p King Peach King Pete Pete King Pima County Archer Western and the IBEW electrical union in Phoenix Suntec Sons s u n d t I have yet to work for a company that has had people who are learning legitimately make sure that we are safe and making sure that we all know that we're safe oh because I'm comfortable around this person that's not safe

So don't you think since he's up against the glass what if he were to fall cuz I'm not really sure seeing something to instill him from actually falling over that rally rallying around r a i l i n g equals e a s i LOL 50 and I can't even complete the rest but anyways as I continue to stand up and enjoy comic hour I would just like to add that shouldn't there be some protection up against the glass in the building just for his safety why does he need to get any type of skid rash or road rash or debris of a scratch if he does happen to fall forward or go through the glass and how much force could that window paying actually take if he were to go through because I guarantee he's going to lose half an arm

Don't you think you could be hazardous for companies to put us in the company Vehicles that have glass around Tina like if we were to get into an accident or something that's can't cause more damage in good like I rather fly hundred ft and maybe get some Road rash than get decapitated in the process and then now we're all those steps Robles and somebody's got to figure out who's going to carry on that and on the Robles is I can guarantee you nobody in my family is going to pick up the slack for it

You know and I don't understand like if a war truly actually exists because no man or human in the world wants to go out there and kill somebody like I would think they would be making more sense on having you know maybe they got a rash from you know what a plant base
