This is Idaho's first In-N-Out restaurant and the franchise's 400th location.

The wait for foot traffic peaked around 3 hours, and for cars it was over 5 hours (I talked to a guy who had been in the car line since 1:30pm, and it was past 7pm when I talked to him).
