Great routine and recovery from 1:10! that stuff is the worst when you're in the zone.

New favorite routine! I love that hip key spin drop soooo much... and the belay drop at 1:20 I just learned that one it’s so fun ! The whole routine is amazing. Perfect music choice 💯 everything 👍

I love this music so so so much cause Lindsey Stirling's music has a big space in my heart. What you imagined on this song is just so beautiful, perfect and poetic as I like aerial. :D Congrat!!

Very cool routine! Very energetic, almost no pauses or resting positions to catch your breath. As for the little "hickup" at around 1:10, I really recommend wrapping the foot with the egg beater wrapp. So much easier to unwrap it when entering belay the way the performer did.

your double star drop while spinning was cool!
@elysiansembry32853 жыл бұрын
it was a single star i think . a double star typically uses a lot more silk. unless i’m wrong which is possible
@r_marie20883 жыл бұрын
@@elysiansembry3285 I'm certain it was double, in the preparation for the drop she puts on a safety lock. You don't need one when doing a single.
@elysiansembry32853 жыл бұрын
@@r_marie2088 i just watched again it now . the wrap for a double star is a lot more complex and uses more silk . at 03:39 as well you can see her do the flamingo wrap , and the silk is wrapped once around her body . in a double star you would have the silk wrapped twice around the body not once
@annelieseb75213 жыл бұрын
@@elysiansembry3285 it was definitely a double star and i’m sure of it. She did an s-wrap and if you put the drop in slow motion you can clearly see her rotate around twice. Also, for double stars you don’t have to wrap twice around your stomach, it’s just a lot more comfy if you do. Just like in a tripple star you can wrap two or three times it doesn’t matter, it just depends on your preference.

Does anyone know who to place your hands in belay? I’ve been working on it on the ground but when I go to flip my right hand into the correct position I fall out of it cause I can’t hold myself up without it

Um I dont really now how to explain it and I dont know if this is the belay your talking about but, I sit with my thumbs faceing down and my fist as close to my hips as I can get them then I flip. Sorry if this wasn't helpfully.
