Aerial Silks Belay Entry Tutorial | Entrada a Polea Telas Aereas

En este video explico paso a paso como llegar a polea desde la figura de bailarina, para esta secuencia no es necesario mucha altura, al nivel donde se haga el zapato es el mismo nivel donde terminará el nudo de polea.
Este ejercicio es recomendado para nivel intermedio.

Me gustó tu explicación. En lo único que difiero es en la forma de salir. Yes muy riesgoso que se que de atorada tu cabeza así. Yo recomendaría sacar primero un brazo, luego la cabeza y por último el otro brazo.
