I have been trying to do this for months and not even my previous coach explained it better steps than you did. Lame coaches are like "you just do it" teacher coaches are able to break it in simples steps that makes your brain realise how to put the pieces together

I think these are the best ones because no one else explains them step by step but you do

0:00-0:08 omg, that was 100% what I looked like trying to do it! Felt like such a baffoon. I'll do your yoga mat exercises and hope it pays off for my next Silks class. Thanks so much for the video!

Was finally able to do it because of this video! My teacher taught us to jump and I could never make it despite having good core strength. Would you be back to show us the one that goes the other way (with arms up in the air behind us and back bent 90 degrees parallel to the ground)?

Skin the cat? Sure! I just moved the silks to my own place and will start tutorials😁

@@schoolofaerialcalisthenics I think that's what it's called after searching it up! I'm not sure what exactly the move is called since I've only seen it in class and my teacher didn't say what it was called

Is this basically all the same principles for a straddle back? I would love to see eggbeaters. That's where you do a double foot lock from the air right?
