If you don't mind me asking, is there a particular way to hold the straps? Sometimes I feel like it is tearing my skin.....also do you have any tips on the lower body motion? I can do multiple skin the cat fast, back lever, and upside down hangs on rings and bars, but I am having a hard time trying to move my lower body like you do.
