Ayala made a mistake on selling that big parcel to Manila to become South Cemetery which looks so ordinary, not very professional.

Disagree, it's still a green park with plenty of trees, had they developed it these trees would be removed. Looks better untouched.

Hello, I'll be going to the Philippines next year and I'm just wondering if I'll need to register my drone and acquire a permit to fly in Metro Manila. Cheers!
@theviewupthere30392 жыл бұрын
You generally don't need to register your drone if its the Mini Mavic size. As for Metro Manila, there are some areas that is under the no Fly Zone. There are also some Security Guards that keeps on reminding you that the area is restricted, even though the area is a fly-free zone.

Actually there's nothing wrong in the title about bbb Philippines, pwde namang gamitin yon as whole kung nais ipabatid na build more or grow more as a nation, di namn nya ginamit bbb projects or programs. And for me hindi porket ginagamit ng administration yong salitang bbb ay pag aari nya or ng admin ang salita, any one can choose and use the word.
@Takless13 жыл бұрын
@@OrDinarMan not in the Philippine context kasi alam naman natin na nakakabit na ang mga letters na yan sa gobyerno ni duterte. What comes to mind when someone says BBB is that it is a project of duterte which is not always the case. Nagiging mabango ang pangalan nya kahit wala naman syang kinalaman sa mga bagay na yan and that's where the problem lies. Maraming naniniwala sa maling information. The truth gets twisted. Bakit nga ba nag iingay ng mga tao sa mga posts ni Villar na may hashtag na BBB? Kasi nga ang unang pumapasok sa isip ng tao is duterte administration. May association na ang letters na yan kay duterte. Just like how dilaw or DDS are associated with anti at pro governement supporters.

At the outset, this kind of development and progress notably there in Ayala, Makati City could make Filipinos proud, but remember all of these wealth such as buildings and institutions are not for the benefit of the majority of Filipinos, but only of the very few, both local elites and the foreign elites, their wannabes, and ergo, nothing, or even too little for the poor Filipinos. Big and towering buildings do not mean to translate economic progress for individual Filipinos. The wealth is only for the few. Thank you.
@onyxriver Жыл бұрын
Wrong. All those towering buildings house companies, which in turn give employment to the majority of working class Filipinos.

Yes. I agree. I am also from the Philippines and I have been to Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi look better than Makati which is already the richest city in the Philippines. Filipinos cannot just accept that the Philippines is now being left behind by other SEA countries. haha Vietnamese cities have good urban planning, road constructions and other developments without relying on private sectors unlike what we have here in the Philippines. These buildings we have here in Makati are products of Private Investors because the Phil. Government itself doesn't have any local industry which we can rely on to generate jobs in the Philippines haha
