The fact that Steven still does the screams in this song is mind-blowing. Thanks for the recording, your recordings always sound great.

I'm from a town just south of Boston and before they got big the played a little restaurant/club/bar in the early 70's, I was 11,12 years old.lol, then in 1975 they came out with toys in the attic album which we played on a turntable in my friends attic.😉

Thank you for documenting the various Aerosmith shows and shows by other bands as well. I hope you're able to enjoy the shows while you're filming them for others to enjoy. I've filmed and photographed many performances, so I know it isn't easy. I appreciate your efforts. If you're not using an actual camera to capture these shows, I highly recommend looking into the big sensor compact cameras manufactured by Panasonic and Sony. They're great for capturing concerts. They're compact enough that they shouldn't be an issue for the venues. I think you're doing great job with what you have been using. I'm looking forward to more of your videos. Keep up the great work, Toshi!

Thank you for the nice comment John. I use iPhone and Sony compact cameras; ideally I’d choose Sony but for this show mostly iPhone. This show was challenging, at the stadium, in the pit far from the main stage, and the second stage in front of me the same height as the main, etc. I hoped to make them enjoyable. And speaking of having fun, I tell myself to be a concert goer first, videographer next ;-)

@@ToshiAizawa I can see you had a challenging time filming the Fenway show. It looked like an awkward spot you were in. Still did a great job of filming it. When I film a performance, I treat it as a creative endeavor. I let the music move and inspire me as I capture the moments via my camera. If a show is high-energy, it makes the experience all the more engaging and creative for me. I filmed a Gus G show at the Middle East. I was so into the music and the performance that I let loose creatively as I filmed the show. It was an intense, fun experience. The show was awesome. I don't post my videos on KZbin. They're a personal collection for me, though I have shared my videos with others. Another awesome show I filmed was Marty Friedman at Brighton Music Hall. I will see BAND-MAID next month at the Paradise. I'm not sure I'll attempt to film or photograph that one. I would like to. If I do, it will be with a camera. My phone is terrible for concerts.

@@happyjack71 thank you. Sounds like you’re into Japanese artists? I’m not sure if I can categorize Marty as a Japanese artist… They typically allow filming in US but they do not in their home country, which is interesting.
@ToshiAizawa2 жыл бұрын
@@happyjack71 also when you use a camera, what do you do with the sound levels? I typically have a separate audio recording but if that’s not available I will use iPhone for a fallback.

@@ToshiAizawa Marty is an honorary Japanese artist. I don't follow Japanese artists. I got into BAND-MAID recently. I was looking at videos of a Megadeth tribute band. KZbin recommended Nemophila. I looked them up then I saw BAND-MAID mentioned in comments. I looked them up. I've been hooked on their music since. I'm not into the maid thing, but they're an awesome band. The one Japanese artist I've been a big fan of for many years is Hikaru Utada. I don't like J-Pop, but I love her music. I'm into all kinds of music, but rock music is what I grew up on. Music in general is a love of mine. Photography is also love of mine, so I merge the two loves of mine anytime I can. I did that a lot for a number of years in the Boston area. I haven't been doing it for a long time, especially due to the pandemic. I hope to get back into it again soon.

You are in front of the stage and you have to watch a big screen to see the show ??? Something smells fishy
@ToshiAizawa2 жыл бұрын
Haha, it might sound fishy as you could have seen I’d been in the best spot. In reality there were challenges for the audience members in my area. Two things. One, we are right in front of the second stage/catwalk which is far from the main stage. The best spot when the boys are closer, but it is not when they are in the main stage. Two, that second stage is as high as the main, so some people might still have to use the big screen to see what’s going on from time to time. But I would go to the same place if there were another show with the same setup!
