Great job man, but in the aerospace industry it's not "a quarter inch" (.250 inch), it's said as "250 thou'". Or 250 thousandths of an inch. Just so you know I'm an FPI inspector for jet engine components, so I'm not just talking out my ass lol. Titanium sucks because of its potential to hide discontinuities on radius forms. It's a great material, but because of its alloy compositions, it is one of the most difficult metals to inspect properly, so we have to have highly knowledgeable and trained people that know the ways to spot it as an art. Figured I'd share a little bit of my end of the industry with you lol. Once again, great video.
