I wish Philippines Airlines starts a Chennai - Manila flight soon. It will not only be a boon for tourists from India to add Philippines as their next destination of visit but also for a Connecting flight to USA through Manila.

@@aerowandererAirbus A350 is the successor to the retired Airbus A340 while Boeing 777 is the successor to the Boeing 747 and MD-11 of the Philippine Airlines.

Glad you got on PAL's A350. A huge upgrade over their regional A321s that don't have in-seat IFE.

The 787 was a masterpiece of Boeing tried hard to make the 787 they made automatic doors they made best windows but you just stop saying things to the 787.

I too was ready to fly the a321 but then as the plane pulled there was an A330. The inner aviator was happy. Also what a great airline. I flew BKK-MNL. MNL-DGT. DGT-MNL and back to bangkok before elsewhere travels.

That’s a great story😀Indeed, always a winner when equipment changes to a bigger aircraft. Absolutely, had a couple of flights with them and both were a very pleasant experience.

Perhaps you would also try the CEBU - BANGKOK, CEBU -INCHEON, CEBU-TAIPEI, CEBU-HONG KONG, CEBU -KUALA LUMPUR, CEBU-SINGAPORE, CEBU-TOKYO and many more vice versa routes and experience our state of the art, ultra modern airport facility in Mactan. Thank you watching and words of appreciation🙏🏻 Flew to Cebu a few days later on Cebu Pacific’s A321 and came back to Manila on the A330neo. Though it was a day trip, loved the hospitality and culture of Filipinos. The video would be up soon on the channel😀

the 4 a350s werent returned to lessors, they were actually leased by PR to LH.

Correct. Technically these 4xA350 belongs to the respective lessors. Anyways I’m glad they will be getting the -1000 version into their fleet in the coming years

Why does the a350 landing gears at the middle looks like 787 and the head too

I think they are a bit quite different. The nose of the B787 is bore blunt as compared to the A350 & the B787 has a much lower ground clearance as compared to the A350. You can visibly notice it when the aircraft flare. The A350 has a much greater flare angle than the B787

Hi! Our flight from Manila to Hong Kong was downgraded from A350 to A321 just 3 days before our flight in July 15, do you think they will change it to A330 or Boeing 777?

Hello. Just checked the logs of all Philippine Airlines flight from Manila to Hong Kong for the last week. Looks like PR310 has been operated by their A321. The rest of the flights have mixed fleet which have deployed. It’s down to luck I believe. As I had mentioned in the video, PR changes their fleet up until the last minute. So you can’t be really sure which aircraft you’ll be flying. Hope for the best. I hope you get their wide body😀

In 24.31 I am not sure if only PH cabin crew do it but they got the hallway for themselves.... you have to excuse yourself to pass thru them, does it happen to other foreign cabin crew? Or they walk by two's. Nice video by the way .... but I do have to fast forward some parts.

@@aerowanderer Sure I will give you the time stamp later now worries, but I finished the whole thing, one things for sure many ccreators say it should be under 10 to 15 minutes and I totally agree. So far after reviewing it from 00 to 4.41 ok naman 😀

Nice trip report and for the PR A350-900 it loses out to the Thai Airways version of the same plane on BKK-MNL. Since the Thai competition has a better product and service including External Cameras like the Hong Kongers Cathay Pacific version is equipped with. PR vs East Asian Alliance flag carriers they win over PR

I like Philippine Airline but I have a terrible experienced, they have no flight direct to Chicago so we have to go to Los Angeles, so from Michigan by car, then American Airline to LAX with 4 hrs. lay off and then PAL was delayed for few hours again so additional hrs to the lay off, and LAX is a long walk, the same process when we came back. I have a jetlag for more than a week, it seems my body is so weak and we were meet by a snow.
