i LOVED savage on the first listen, i can't believe aespa is bringing in the pc music aesthetic of glitches and vaporwave-esque tumblr posts to kpop. also i couldn't help but feel like this would make a banger japanese debut. you have to check out the mini album because it is INSANE!! definitely up there with cosmic girls' unnatural album

The song is dope and the MV frankly left me stunned a little bit. One thing about Aespa is that they come with the MV production. Though I will say it got a little cult-ish with the whole Naevis we love you lines but I can get over that. Haven’t listened to mini in full but plan on it

Winter and Ningning did not come to play in that last chorus. SM is rude for having perfect vocalists. I think the song is a grower, like Next Level.

i agree! the music video and the choreography was very slayful they ate DOWN! i agree about your feelings on the song, i’ve been very conflicted over it bc i hate it and love it at the same time😭 i think there needed to be a bit more bass in the chorus for me to really enjoy it. my favorites off the album are lucid dream, yeppi yeppi, and iconic!

I was so excited to see your reaction to this song because it's so.. interesting lol. For me, i loved the prechorus and the first part of the chorus- wasnt super into the gimme gimme now part, but i could definitely see it growing on me. and the rap was fun! i thought the last minute was a hot mess 😂 there's just simply too much going on with the vocal battle over top of it all. anyway i agree this is their best choreo so far! and i also need to hear more music from them because it sounds like they've got such crazy strong vocals. love your reactions as always!

this is my favorite title from them so far. i've been listening to it nonstop. the only part i dont really care for is the lack of transition from the rap verses to the vocal prechorus, specifically the second time it happens. it just sounds a bit clunky to me. from their album i really liked 'i'll make you cry' and 'lucid dream'. especially lucid dream.

It’s weird but somehow Savage sounds a bit better to me when I don’t watch the mv & just listen to the song 😅 maybe it’s just me but I’m tired of them always singing about kwangya. At this point I’m like ok lee soo man, we get it. Can you give them real lyrics now..? Excited to see your reaction to their album! The bsides are alright (better than savage lol). Hayley Kiyoko worked on their last song, Lucid Dream, which I loveeeee from the first listen.

Not sure how I feel about Savage yet. I don't hate it but I don't love it. I'm gonna have to listen to it more do decide. Iconic and lucid dream are my favorites off the album tho.
