By this logic, we weren't allowed to criticise or have certain expectations when it comes to idols (note that I'm saying 'to criticise', bluntly hating is not what I mean). Now, speaking as a dancer: You can choose to put intentional tension in your movement, but that shouldn't be confused with stiffness. You can easily tell if someone's shaping their movement as they wish or if they're just being stiff. To make it clear: Karina isn't a "bad" dancer, as whatever you may want to classify that. Judging by what we've seen now, she isn't absolutely incredible either, but honestly, in my opinion that's not much of a big deal. I'm sure that she improved over the course of the last year a lot and will continue to improve. Let's not judge too quickly, but let's also not blindly "defend" her skill when OP wasn't even really attacking her.

I don’t get why they only promote her and when you look at their positions she got like ok of them she might be an all rounder for them but i don’t see the hype in her she looks like someone who might have talent but only would get far in life with the help of the right people and that’s what sm does she wouldn’t make it in a smaller company..yea they didn’t debut yet but I was never wrong with my assumptions towards idols and they always turned out to be right so..

yeah no I get you. She's not a good dancer AT ALL. This was awhile ago but her AESPA teaser with her solo dance and the promo vid with Kai was.... yeah not much improvement lol. Seeing her pre-debut singing videos, she does seem to have strong vocals. But then Winter is supposed to be a strong vocalist too and you have Ning Ning who's phenomenal as well.. so maybe that's why SM is trying to push her as the "dancer." Which I think is a terrible move considering she can't really "dance." In all, she DEFINITELY caught the eye of Lee Soo Man somehow and that's why they're pushing exposure for her the most. It's very obvious that LSM plays favorites. It was the same/is the same for Kai for EXO and Taeyong for NCT. But at least those 2 can actually dance (particularly Kai). If anything, they should have made AESPA 5 members, with the 5th being a main dancer and Karina being the "visual center." (although IMO Ning Ning and Winter are prettier). Idk, this is going to be hard for Karina too because in no time, she is going to get more and more criticism for her dancing as SM keeps pushing her to be a dancer. So so strange though... SM usually finds great dancers like Kai, Taemin, Yunho, Eunhyuk, Seulgi, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Ten, etc... very peculiar why they are doing this lol.

SM gave their male artists like Kai, Mark and Taeyong more promo than their other members during predebut and yet they got no hate for it. Heck, Taeyong was even featured in a Red Velvet music video and no one got mad ffs. But now that they're doing the same thing to a woman it's suddenly favoritism? lol no they're doing it because she has the best stage presence in Æspa (whether you like it or not) and she'll probably be the center and/or face of the group. Do you realize how hard it is to dance in heels while trying to keep up with Kai (arguably one of Kpop's best veteran dancers) at the same time? Probably not cause all you do is sit on the couch all day trying to discredit talented women in the internet. Not even the best dancers of Kpop (like Hyo and Seulgi) can dance all out in heels during their debut era. Dancing in heels take years to perfect. And it's even harder to try and dance in heels just as good as you'd dance without them. You haven't even seen Karina in her best yet and you're already writing whole ass essays about why she's "nOt ThAt TaLeNtEd" and how "sM iS bIaSeD tOwArDs HeR".
