Here a recipie for ginger tea : 1) Boil 1 cup water in a pan on medium flame 2) Add 2 cardamon after crushing it 3) Add a lil ginger (preferably grounded) (just a little according to taste) 4)let it come to a boil , now add 1-2 spoon of Tea/ Chai pati and wait for it to boil 5) Now add 1/1.5 cup of milk (based upon ur liking) 6) Add sugar according to taste and let it boil once again 7)Now filter the chai , separating the chai pati/tea leaves and the chai (liquid) 8) Pour it into the cup

about the indian tea/chai- you can go for the darjeeling ones from taj mahal. there is one called 'tata tea gold'. they are like the 'basic tea' a normal indian would drink. plus they good

the best chai you can get imo is the tea india orange pekoe black tea bags. u can make chai two ways. so the first way is u can just boil the water in a kettle and add tea bag plus milk or sugar to taste and the second way is a little more complicated but tastes sm better. basically u boil water in a small saucepan, then take cardamom and put it in when it starts simmering then u wait till it comes to a boil and add in the tea bags, let the water sit with the tea bags until it seems steeped then u would want to add sugar or sweetener and let that sit for a bit then finally u lower the heat and add milk, when u are done that u can let the milk boil a couple times (you want to see froth and bubbles) till it becomes a orangey chai colour! sorry idk if this makes sense but it's my suggestion for indian tea:))

you should buy airtight pots or cloth bags to put the vegetables in! this helps to last much longer, so left in the fridge they dry out and spoil quickly..in the pots you can put water which is even better
