@Andy Park, Thanks for the videos. I want to stay in the MSFT ecosystem and use OneNote for my “second brain” but the visual looks of apps like Craft, the database power of Notion, and the graph/linking power of Obsidian make it hard to commit to MSFT without having to start paying for things like OneNote Gem, OneMore, and other Add ins for advanced features that should be standard (to include mind mapping). Any tips on getting OneNote to play more like Craft, Notion, Obsidian, Anytype, Capacities, etc.?
@alts63 Жыл бұрын
not all add-ins cost $ Take a look at Onetastic Macro based and a large library of prebuilds to choose from. Their is a pay tier if you want or need more customization.

Great Video!! Is there a way to insert our own creative (symbol or emoji) tag and add it to the drop down menu when we select a tag?

Great video dude, I appreciate that you made a simple, informative video with all this information. I'm just starting to use OnenNote as a PKMS and this is going to make my information very eye candy for me.

How did you make your list in the last tip a Todo list? It seemed like one click gave you check boxes. Where is that?
@AndyPark365 Жыл бұрын
It's a tag. You can highlight your list and choose the "Todo" tag from the Home ribbon. I used the shortcut CTRL +1 to use that tag. Your shortcut to Todo may be different, so make sure you check in your tags list.

Ha. Thanks Ray. My thought was that since it's Graphics Interchange Format, I pronounced it with a G. But I realize the creator of GIF itself has settled the debate with the correct pronunciation being Jiff. So you're right, and I stand corrected. 😁
