This theme song fits Chris's look here. Just by looking at his eyes you can see the torment spanning over 25 years that he's been through: from mansion zombies and monsters, to and island and the Antarctic, to parasitic freaks in Africa, to a virus infested city, to swamp molded monsters and a salt mine in Louisiana to this. He's been around the block.

If this is the menu music for the game too, they did a fantastic job. If the game has an emotional ending, and this is the music you get welcomed back to the menu screen to after finishing the game, that would be perfect.

Hot take there are some elements about Resident Evil 8 that REALLY stand out even among other games This theme, the sinister Lycans and so far above all House Beneviento. Why House Beneviento?! well the House puts up a type of fight that shook me to my core made me reconsider how I must change myself to be a true gamer. Not much in Resident Evil village has pushed me that far but THAT house certainly did.
