"Shoot the Messenger" trophy: - Agitator Majini 1 (0:11:42) - Agitator Majini 2 (1:17:15) - Agitator Majini 3 (1:31:30) - make sure you quickly kill all the bosses to make it spawn in time. "Run the Gauntlet" trophy: just approach the DLC with this "kill all" style and you will kill more than 150 enemies easily. # General tips: - This mode has RNG in a lot of ways. Each segment has two main RNGs (Town / Base Majini). Weapons and rocket launchers are randomized. Some very specific enemies are also randomized (they may show up or not in set spawns). - In the starting segment, one enemy is scripted to be Duvalia mutation - he may hold the key. You can either do leg stun and melee from behind or "stomp" melee to prevent it. Since leg stun is random and his hp is very low, I recommend tripping them and doing stomp method. There may be a second Majini near the safe on top of the ladder that is a Duvalia as well. - Stomp melee doesn't prevent Cephalo mutations. However for most of them you can prevent by killing with torso shots (all of them in the cannon segment and in the rooftop segment - except for the agitator). - When you're dealing with a group of enemies in solo, I don't recommend going for melee as it may put you in an unfavorable position upon recovery and the AI will be close to you messing it up further and making it hard to defend it. Use melee mostly when it's safe. - For the Base Majini, executioners and fat Majini, be very careful when killing them since they can explode and it will cause damage to you or the AI partner. It's particularly worse when it happens from a melee and you barely have time to move away. For fat Majini, if you're doing a combo, use Jill as the combo finisher since it will deal multiple hits and prevent his explosion while you're at invincible frames. - Executioner: pistol, magnum and explosives are great at stunning it. JJ: magnum, point blank shotgun, explosives are very effective at stunning it - melee combo deals massive damage. Reaper: one magnum/two rifle heart shots kill it. Chainsaw enemies: 2 pistol / 1 magnum head shot staggers them, then use some DPS weapons to kill them (melee deals very little damage). Chainsaws can come back to life in berserk mode with little HP. - Rooftop strategy: let the AI partner defend the ladder with a shotgun and take care of the bosses and a few enemies yourself. If you get Town majini RNG, there are some scripted Molotov enemies that you can just let them be (they will miss and it reduces the number of enemies active at once). However, Town Majini RNG has chainsaw enemies as mini-bosses (and I personally find them much harder to deal with than individual reapers) and red JJ as boss (which I find harder than red executioner as well). For Base Majini, two molotov guys will be replaced by machine gun Majini right before the first mini-boss shows up - quickly get rid of them before they reach their scripted spot. If you want to take out the last agitator, save a rocket launcher or one flashbang (snipe it to trigger a cephalo and then use a flashbang). For Town Majini RNG, there is one archer which can't shoot you if you stay in the ladder spot. In the Base Majini RNG, he is replaced by a rocket launcher enemy that will kill himself if you stay at that spot.

You're very good! This is extremely hard to do on solo professional. In fact, this is probably the hardest challenge in the whole RE franchise. You must've spent a lot of time practicing this! I tried this myself years ago but eventually I got tired of retrying and I gave up. On Professional I was frustrated by the lack of help from Josh's A.I., especially when it came to melee attacks.

After seeing both the Ada and Leon RE4 remake videos on this channel, which basically looked like hours-long cutscenes, (the only two I'd seen yet) I came into this with unrealistic expectations. This looked like a person playing a videogame (expertly of course) rather than a cutscene, and I realized that to give it anything like the same feel as those other ones it would require an equally skilled player with terrific communications and tons of practice together rather than an AI partner, and even then perhaps less RNG from the scenario itself. They are very different games, after all. That being said, this is an amazing display of skill and patience that makes any of my attempts at this game look like a shambling trainwreck, and my high expectations say more about how those other no-damage videos did justice to characters of near superhuman combat skills like Ada and Leon - the best I've ever seen. I'm looking forward to checking out more of your stuff here!

By playing RE 2, 3 and 4 Remakes, we've gotten even better at these older games, such as 5, 6 and Revelations (especially the 2nd). Turns out those games were even better than we could grasp back them. Kudos to Capcom!

The initial section is very annoying with Josh because you have to do a lot of melee and there are some nasty spawns / areas. Once you get decent guns and don't have to prevent mutations, the AI stops being such a nuisance. And as you can see, it can be pretty useful in the final segment.

That re5 jill is literally top character. And shes the big part of re5. She changed the course of re5 story because Chris wanted to look after her. Also when making Resident Evil Revelations, they used similar face for her and its good. But Re3 Remake jill was a fiasco. Her appearance and personality too mid. And in movie she and Chris just like two normal friends even tho she sacrificed her life for Chris.

Yeah I just finished that movie and on 1:10 look how she trusts him with all her sincerity. And in movie they're like two strangers (you know what I mean by "strangers"). Not even like close friends to sacrifice theirselves for each other. Also this version way more beautiful and decent than Sasha's Jill of course. I cant even say these two are same person.

@@chris_jefferson Yeah I just don't understand why they didn't find Julia Voth worthy for Re3 Remake Jill :D (Not only Julia Voth, they could pick someone similar like Amra Silajdžić Džeko, Revelations Jill face model.) Also whoever in Capcom thought that was a good idea to use her in that Death Island movie should be fired.

I mean Jill’s face and look changed in almost every iteration. There’s nothing wrong with either Sasha or Julia’s face for me. Jill in this game is underutilized and given very small roles for someone as important in the series. I agree it’s disappointing how they reused the RE3R model with practically no change in Death Island and how she and Chris barely shared a connection. But on the other hand I prefer that Jill is being treated more than just a pretty doll face and getting more of a leading role. Capcom has been dismissing her for years, it was about time we had a little something with her at the center.

@@Aether2125 I know she changed in almost every iteration but they used Julia's face type and personality a lot of times. And a re5 one of the best game for the plot/story. Everyone know re5, knows Julia's Jill and her personality too. Because shes the reason for them to save the world. After all that stuff, changing her face is just stupid. Re Revelations Jill isnt a problem but Sasha's jill curvy, has different personality and kinda cringe. COMPLETELY different. Also about using re3R Jill in Death Island, I mean that Death Island is takes place after events of re5 and she's not the same Jill (literally they cant be same person). Thats why I said that. They should have used someone looks similar to her to fitting to plot about re5 (I hope that explains). Also I dont agree about "doll face". Shes still badass and better than Sasha's. Nice play btw.

I Remember We Spend Months To Complete This In Professional In Co-Screen 2 Players, And We Stuck in Middle of This mission Because of The Launcher Zombie And THE Others Here i Stuck 54:31 AND i Stuck Here 38:23 Because There's Was very Alot Zombies and Because Of The Zombie Launcher Its Hard but NOT Harder Then Here 54:31

I forgot which type is it, but it's the one you control the camera with the right stick instead of strafing. Both types have pros and cons. I personally prefer to be able to turn left/right more quickly compared to strafing.

@@Aether2125 yeah I agree, I really like the old school RE 4 control scheme, right trigger for gun left trigger for knife and x to shoot, but then you can’t shoot a stunned enemy for extra damage up close because the x button is used for melee and it will prioritize that over shooting

An enemy respawns every time you climb any of the three ladders. On PC version it’s infinite (until you unlock the door).

I like killing weaker enemies with a rotten egg. Rotten eggs are far more useful than they appear 😅 one hit kill most of the time

In the Steam version they are infinite. After you kill all the normal waves of enemies, trigger each ladder respawn at least once then you can proceed.
