Excellent run. My first I has about 3 seconds left to chuck that rocket launcher. Made a believer or of me on the bolt action and I notice the same annoying thing that sometimes you can have a clear shot and perfect aim but the bullet will hit something just in front that wasn't obstructing your aim.

Yeah I was aware of it but it doesn’t count as a treasure and I think it’s an item meant to be used on your next NG+ playthrough since selling it would be impossible at that point and upgrading your max health would be pointless as well.
