I mainly play survivor and I agree with that. I also played him quite a lot myself and I know the difference between those who could kite him and those who couldn't. If anything his camping is not that bad but his chase is weak especially the first chase. Many people just rush vault and hug walls too much against him which is the reason a lot of people fail to kite him even at 0 presence. Even the buffs he received so early speaks for itself lol they wouldn't buff him if he was strong and well the buffs didn't really fix his main problem. His first chase is still very weak.
