Darby has strong character but he needs more story telling and hopefully spice up again the title picture. Here is my top ten interesting moments from Dark: 1. Cutler and Avalon starting winning streaks (perhaps a renewal of rivalry down the line for the duo) 2. Dark Order split results tonight (Still want that tornado DDT) 3. The return of a Shanna after an extended absence (depth returning to division) 4. The Gunn Club trolling Team Tax for the Nightmare Family (hype for tomorrow tag match) 5. Sydal vs Solow blew the roof of the place (Sign Aaron soon TK) 6. 4 matches had Ranked competitors competing tonight (3 of which were tag teams) 7. Johnny Hungy wasn't with the BTE title (nor the mustard packet that won him his title defense and $1000) 8. KiLynn King won 3 of her last 4 matches (loss was to #1 ranked contender Big Swole) 9. Grayson and Uno proving hope for Dark Order to be Champions (poor Fuego counted lights again) 10. The Main Event was great affair ( Jungle Boy lands 50th match. Also, RIP for Camera #3, it will surely be missed).

That's a good comparison, although I think that Avalon infuses a touch of humor into his portrayal. With Rude, if things went wrong for him, someone was gonna pay, but PPA still has a touch of the underdog about him, and I think it makes it easier to root for him.

The advertisement for the Bucks book was a bit out there but it was a win win to me. Leva can incorporate creativity into character while help with promotional stuff on the channel.

Tweener towards heel can work but full heel will work better. Since his first win he seems to get more and more confidence. Perhaps he will resort to a situation similar to Limelight or Avalon where he has to cheat or become extra methodical to ensure the luster of victory will stay.

I feel like AEW plays to all performers strengths and the product is lined throughout with people finding and hitting personal strides. Like, nothing stays "weak" for long...there's a million examples. I LOVE AEW.

@@blueweegie6541 Peter Avalon and Cutler, looked for a year and now are having awesome individual rises. The Dark Order, I always loved them but once Exalted Brodie arrived, they became a force. Butcher and Blade, kind of wavered in the beginning and are likely first champs with Kingston for the Triples Title. The entirety of the AEW DARK show, but, my example is the strength of the commentary team with Taz, Ogogo, Starks, Excalibur, they all really vibe, corpse often and generally energize the now hours long FREE KZbin show. Last example is Darby Allin, as other promotions would not utilize someone some lanky and after a year+ of conditioning, Darby looks like a champ and will eventually sound like one (once the pandemic allows for audiences and tour promotions).
