They are wrestling moves. WWE does not own those moves. They are moves that wrestlers around the world use. In fact, a majority of WWE finishers were not created by the wrestlers themselves.

@@JCW187 yeah no way dude, saying that they were trying to copy no mercy is an insult to no mercy. this game does not even come close to magic that no mercy had. this game isn't garbage, but it could've been way better. you werent saying it, but im tired of people trying to give them arcade style as an excuse to be a undelivered game. mod community is gonna carry this game hard...
