I remember watching AEW 2-3 yrs ago and became a fan of both his and Darby Allen's because theyre from my hometown area and watching them wrestle each other and watching them both grow as wrestlers has been absolutely amazing And with The different directions their careers have taken them as they've grown as wrestlers has been absolutely amazing as well, Darby with Sting and now the New AEW World Heavyweight champion......... The moment for me when I became a huge fan was when he did that promo and went an beat up Nick. When he was fighting Darby and he did his joker ish promo. It felt dark and it just made me go where is this going. It just set him apart from so many angles at the time. You could tell he just had it. Swerve is a great wrestler and I will enjoy his ride with the belt. Well earned. 👍🏻
