Two years ago, I suffered injuries to tendons in both ankles that made them basically worthless. A tendon injury is as painful and as limiting as a broken bone. I needed lots of surgery, 4 of them in fact. I'm STILL not recovered and still trying to build back my strength. Injuries are really hard not only physically but mentally. The reason I'm writing this is I take a lot of inspiration from people like Saraya (and others like Edge and Danielson) who all came back from neck injuries. Saraya was out for five years. When I'm feeling sorry for myself I can say I'm only 40% through the journey she's been through. She is proof the human body is incredibly resilient, that it's never over, and you if you put your mind to it you can do it.

It’s amazing to think that saraya is still younger than some of wwe’s biggest female stars, she’s younger than Bianca belair,Becky lynch ,by years, and 8 months younger than Sasha banks, she’s got so many years left in this business if she can stay healthy, she’s still so young she’s just been around forever
