He is highly irresponsible. This isn't the first time he has made such comments. The reality is that he has no respect for religion, law, morality, and society at large. He speaks on behalf of the elders of his Islamic sect in Tamale not even the same sect in other parts of Ghana, just the one in Tamale and those leaders appear to be very comfortable with these violent, irresponsible, uncivil, incitive, barbaric, untutored and uncouth behaviour. So, he is motivated to perpetuate it. He feels he is above the law.
