Well done on the new delivery plans. The faster you can service a machine the better for $$$$ but if you keep that box of ODD-BODS or Overflow as you call it handy then you can refill a machine partially if you do a cash collection.

Opinion from an observer: counting cans might get faster if you used your label maker to make vertical labels to mark columns for cans at say 12/24/36/48 cans to help count at a glance? The dividers between columns seems like a good place to stick them. This might not work for bottles as their shape and size tends to vary, but cans are usually pretty consistent.

you should even up the rows with duplicate products, so when they sell they sell evenly... hence the machine "looks fuller" longer. love the videos keep up the great work

i charge .75 for a cup with a 60% margin on product. i have had horrible luck with this machine and do not really recommend it. i am still trying to find a coffee machine worth buying
