This vendor is not less than 35 yrs old at his main counter his name was Anil, started to sell CB from Cycle at Chhota bazaar.Back in 1985 rate for a plate was Rs 2.50 which was considered to be the costliest CB in vicinity another famous CB outlet was Sardarji bhature wale Re 1 for a plate, opp Radhu talkies in erstwhile Subzi mandi which is now a Shahdara metro station. But no doubt about the taste of Chhole which are somewhat in between Spicy and very spicy but with a bite of Bhatura which is very soft strikes a proper balance.Good thing about bhatura is it is not chewy even if it is eaten after hour or two another good thing is one doesn't feel acidity after some time which normally happens after eating most of other CBs. Rating should be nothing less then 9 out of 10.

Masalon Ko ache se fry Kiya Gaya hai, cholon Ko sahi tarike se boil Kara Gaya hai. Batura looks yummy, soft and fluffy. Only problem cooked in burnt oil. Condiments too look decent. People travelling so far means 100% best on taste. Sometimes in a year must enjoy. Quality of video nice.
