Did you guys notice that adult wan is straightforward and direct with everything she said to pleng. Thats because pleng disappeared after all those incidents of finding out about wans exam grades. Since then she felt she lost pleng cz of lying about her grades and pleng was upset about it. Now what ever she says its direct to the point without any dissemination of words. So, within those 13 years she has adapted herself to making up to the habits based on plengs interests and sensitivities. To the extent she married ek as per her words where she mentioned to pleng once that she will date ek only if she isn’t in her life. Dr. Wan is such a personality who keeps her words and actions 😢

And also last episode she was very straightforward with Wan when they were teens. Wan was too busy googling what her feelings meant whereas Pleng actually told Wan she loves her and was willing to shout them out.

I've always known that Thai BL and GL actors are often known for fan service. I've fallen for those too before. Now Affair really made me think that although fan service can give you fame in a short time, only a good series remains in the end. So the most important thing is not how to do fan service, but to focus on producing a good series. My bar is higher because of the Affair series now.

This is the first GL I've watched that made me cry just from how romantic it was. Seeing Wan fill up her place with Pleng's favorite things is something else. This has to be the best GL series I've ever watched and I'm an avid GL watcher. The characters feel very authentic and believable so props to the actresses and the director. Can't wait for the next episode!

To be honest, I've pretty much watched all Thai GL series and read all Chao Planoy novels (yes, I'm obsessed lol), and the acting leave a lot to be desired. Soooo... I wasn't expecting much going into this. But WOW. LMSY exceeded my expectations. Their acting always on point, their chemistry so natural. No awkward and cringey moments since episode 1. Everything just flows. And the book adaptation is the best I've seen - and Chao Planoy novels can get a bit crazy on the plot. Best GL for me so far, hands down.

Every other GL series fades compared to Affair. The best GL for me, I cried so many times in this ep lol but I loved it. This is amazing! So many memorable scenes. Omg Wan subconsciously waking up at 4am for the last 13 yrs bcos of her fear and trauma of not waking up 13 yrs ago when Pleng left her at 4am. That scene/part alone was so awesome and heartbreaking and phenomenal at the same time. LMSY killing it. Youre both amazing.

While the novel has better English translation than the other Chao Planoy novels like GAP and Blank, I feel like the novel was lacking in evoking emotions. LMSY’s acting really fill that void for me. Their chemistry is palpable. And you can really feel their pain and longing. Kudos to them!

This is an outstanding series! Their acting is off-the-charts great! Going from their younger years to where they are now shows up in their faces and expressions perfectly! Of course, physically they can’t change that much, but how they carry themselves now as adults in the series and what can be read in their eyes, is extraordinary. Eyes always show the history of what a person has been through, and these ladies are able to convey an imaginary past through their eyes and body language. So, so well done! I will never miss an episode.

Friday has become one of my best days because of Affair. The cast very good, but the leads are amazing. The chemistry is palpable and you can feel the comfort they feel playing intimate scenes. They deserve it all. Thanks for this series.

She even planned a future with Pleng, despite not knowing her whereabouts. Her dedication and keeping her promises! And Pleng believe her leaving Wan is the best decision for both her and Wan's future. 😭Last ep and this ep really pulling at my heartstrings. The next episode looks crazy!

For inter-fan information, the serie maker company (CHANGE) is the one of the best in intense drama in Thailand. Affair is the first official GL of the company. I actually get goosebumps from this series. I haven't read the novel, so it's all based on my first impression. It's really well made. Other gls have areas where it feels underdeveloped (subtitles, acting, chemistry, audio design ect), but this is high up there in all sense of the terms. I know the episodes usually lasts one hour, but they go by so fast... and the pace is really good.
