This is my favorite part of the book. When wan left pleng. Pleng was always ready to run away. And it was a breathe of fresh air when the person who love Pleng the most and can do anything for her decided to punish Pleng. The emotion was captured by Wan perfectly. It’s like she jump out of the book. Pleng acting was very very real and full of emotion. I am addicted to them now

The letter Wan left in the novel was the thing that made my heart ache so hard that I cried and read it again and again. I understood what Wan must be feeling because all she had gone through past 13 years was enough for anyone to break, but she never stopped loving and looking for Pleng till the end. But in the end she had to give up just like that because she couldn't just win over Pleng who believed everyone else but her who loved her the most. 💔

I understand that Pleng does not know how to deal with conflicts and that she needs to learn to own her shit but at the same time I understand that she is hurt by her father's actions as well she has an extra dimension to process. Also, Wan's love has been unconditional seeing Pleng act like that must have really broken her beyond words, she expects Pleng to give her that unconditional love regardless of any conflict. I hope Pleng can heal enough to love Wan that way and Wan forgives Pleng.

I feel sorry for pleng that ever since losing both her parents and dealing with the latest issues like ek's attempted suicide and the evil mom sowing the seeds of discord between her and wan, she really has a fragile heart and the only person to mend her fragile heart is none other than wan 😢

I understand what Wan is saying in her letter but if I found out that I was possibly intimate with my own sibling I would need proof and time to process. I would have broke down just the same. That’s a really fucked up thing to find out. I don’t blame Pleng at all for how she reacted. I also understand Wan but she knows her Mother well enough to doubt her. This series is really such a rollercoaster.

To be honest, Wan is completely unhinged for believing that Pleng should have just trusted that they weren't sisters. Like, if there's even the smallest chance it was true, they shouldn't be with each other??? For her to be upset at Pleng about not wanting to be together without proof that they're not related, is full on *crazy*. And I think overall, Pleng knows that Wan might not be thinking clearly, and that she might even decide she still wanted to be with Pleng even if they are sisters.

I think you got that part in a different direction Wan wasn’t upset with Pleng because she expected her to be ok with them being sisters and go their way. If that had been the case she would not have gone ahead and done the DNA tests (though we don’t know if their DNAs matched what would Wan do) She did the test and also shared the results with Pleng so she would not torment herself over it and THEN decide to leave. The Reason Wan was upset and finally let go of her hand because Pleng didn’t fight for their love like Wan had been or wanted to… something she also mentions in the letter. She again was ready to leave Wan the moment there was a conflict in their relationship. That broke her ….
