Yesterday I chanced on a TV programme at Holy TV and this man said some spirit want to use him to do things to help humanity which from the source her mum was once using such creatures and now it's his turn to help humanity with such entity, the entity gave him rules not to drink hard drink like alcohol, womanising but this man seems not to understand such entities and he thinks he Is been possessed. He said anything he thinks of happen including herbs to heal people. But this man went to a pastor to pray for him to sack such entities. And I was sad, this man life can changed when he avail himself to this entities. Looking at the man's stature, tatarred and confused, I tear down, some are looking for such entities to change humanity problem. The universe should rescue us all.

I am only 9 mins in.. I want to say the government does not create jobs. In the USA for example jobs are created by small businesses. Since I don't know your system in Ghana, I think the government should cut red tapes for people to start businesses and that will generate more jobs for the youth like other countries. Entrepreneurs builds economies not the government anymore. Maybe in the past the government had a role , but not anymore. Just my two cents.....

Juliana - Thank you so much. I know the Ghana system and to the youth, they expect the govt or politician to provide them everything. Ghana used to have govt industries, but guess what the same people looted and mismanaged all the industries. Most of the youth are lazy and dishonest and will steal from your businsess if you don't have robost internal control system in place to check them. They always want to get rich-quick and you better be careful dealing with them. Why do they even blame the politician, but not their parents? How many of them even pay taxes to the government but they expect the govt to provide them everything including a girlfriend and wife.

I am a licensed CPA in USA and have pre-recorded lots of training for entrepreneurship, I plan to visit home next year and start some training programs to teach on a small scale to try to help the situation. I hear you on the stealing part. I have clients here who also have businesses in Ghana. I've helped them put in proper internal controls by me being an auditor we can monitor things properly. I want to bring that knowledge home and hopefully help build our country up to where the young ones can do their own business with confidence with guidance from experts like myself. I've helped folks here for nearly 38 yrs .. time to bring it home.
