So sorry to hear that! Dreams and nightmares are often our subconscious processing stresses, worries, fears, and any other things that may be weighing on us in our lives. My personal practice is to reflect as to what the nightmare I have says about my inner fear and process it through journaling and then leaving the worry/fear I identify in the hands of the higher power. This helps me to feel better and stop any recurrence of nightmares. You’re welcome to try it as well ❤️
