Thank you for sharing affirmations, I used to do negative affirmation like I will not use phone for more than 1 hour and end up using more I think positive affirmations like using phone wisely for 1 hour will work effectively.

Regarding phone addiction, you have to be disciplined.. At night don't keep your phone with you.. Keep it away.. And mainly it's about what you consume on phone.. Start consuming positive content and thus the urge to check your phone frequently will start getting less because of the content you consume

You can say it in your mind or aloud but if you can say out loud atleast like you can listen will be more preferable... Because if you are saying out loud you can also listen and thus your attention is intact.. Otherwise if you are saying it in your mind it may happen you get distracted to some outside noises or anything.. Maybe your attention can go towards something else.. That's the only reason

I had gone through worst breakup of my life and I became alcohol addict for a year. I manage to fight my addiction but even after being sober for 2 years it strikes back. Can you share something about addiction and how to avoid it like alcohol or phone or any other thing fast food, etc. Sometimes few moments in life when everything goes wrong such things kick back very hard and we get trapped in loop.

You managed to quit alcohol but if it is sticking back.. Then as I am able to understand it is because of your breakup.. That is hurting you then you have to erase that hurt from your heart. For that say these few lines daily before going to sleep or whenever required. I forgive you. I release the past. I forgive, I forget, I let go. The past has passed.. It is over.. Full stop. And remember one thing maybe in the outside world anything is not going your way but what you create inside.. In your head is always your choice.. Watch my videos it will help you..
