Yes, we noticed that all 2 BHKs are currently sold out. However, some may become available after the final allotments, as a few might get cancelled.

Bad planning and poor implementation is destroying the good visionary project types.

The planning of the project seems promising, but the execution has been lacking. It was getting sold for almost on same value few year back, If they had priced it more effectively earlier, the units might have sold out by now. Once residents begin occupying the property, then only property grows.
