Great tutorial very easily explained. What size are the wooden bases? Thank you!
@pattithompsett95407 ай бұрын
Good job. I always make a hole in the base the same size as the dowel but not all the way through. Then screw. A little more stability

Love it! 💜 But I would have used the drill for everything! Lol (old hands) Also, Home Depot has cheap dowels and stands as well. Love your work and ideas!

Love this video. May I ask what bit size did you use when making the hole in the base and making the hole in the dowel. Also what size screws did you use.
@kozmickevents Жыл бұрын
Honestly this was so long ago i cant remember. I know I used at least a 1/2”, maybe 3/4” screws i use a small but that smaller than the screw because its just a pilot hole.

Better to spray the dowels horizontally before inserting in base to avoid spraying paint everywhere

Do you have a video showing how you attached the balloons?
@kozmickevents Жыл бұрын
Hi. So sorry! I never noticed this comment! If you still need help. I never made a video but maybe i can explain. I put a ballon over the top ti help with traction. Sometimes i will use a 260 to tie it on. Sometimes depending on how closely your twists are you can really just slide it on and because of the balloon barrier it will stay. But I recommend if its an outside event where you may have wind you should tie it on. Hope that helps!

Could these be used for outdoor as well?

I think they could but i would suggest weighing them down they are very heavy. Hope that helps!
