Courtney Mims they are okay, i got the “elegant “ one , not the “luxury “ & so i didn’t have as many clips as she did in the video.. so it was hard to blend it well moving them around. they look decent i got away with it but i wish i had more clips. i got the same color as her in the video and the color is pretty to me. i got the 24 inch in the “elegance “ type, comes with 7 clips.. hers comes with more.

Hi Rosanna!! I wish I had some key tips/tricks but I really don't do anything special. I used to straighten my hair almost everyday in high school (it was SO BAD!) but these days I only straighten my hair like once a month/every 2 months. I shampooed and conditioned with some basic Tresseme (the huge black bottle + white bottle) and applied a little bit of EvaNYC Mane Magic 10-in-1 primer before blow drying/straightening, and that's honestly it! I love EvaNYC products for my curls too so definitely check them out at Target if you haven't already(:

The hair is so dry even after deep conditioning and oiling which causes them to get knotted up very easily with wear. They have breakage from just a few inches down and very thin at the bottom where you can actually see the split ends. Oh and the refund policy is crap. You can color match a very nice sample. But if you break the seal to look at all of them, you are not allowed a refund. So pretty much, their refund policy is nonexistent as you cannot see all the hair without breaking the seal.
