i've found eastern new Mexico Univerity which is 8k per year tuition but you will still have to pay for housing and extras etc. But this seems like quite a good one to look into, but its not community college.

Yeah. but you can not transfer your units from community college to marsters univeristy. many students come to community college to experience American life and explore msaters universitites. I would suggest, go directly for masters (if getting a masters degree is your goal)
