I cheated a bit this time around, I made up about 400ml of Lidl deluxe beef gravy granules (they are still really reasonable!!) but made it up really thick. Then I pored that over the brisket, added black pepper and a tablespoon of marmite (trust me it’s good 👍) then cooked on low for around 7 hours. Finished it in the oven to crisp up at 220 degrees for about half an hour. It was so good 😊

I usually buy franks but my sister recently gave me one of the catering bottles that they use in kfc. Franks is good though but can be pricey x
