Commenting in case she replies. I would like to know as well. Even if it's not that exact price, the style is really nice. I didn't see flooring that nice at Floor and Decor

Brilliant! I especially like your vinyl flooring. Vinyl floors are also better for noise reduction. This video is full of inspiring ideas.

First of all, yay! I’ve been anticipating seeing the after of this flip. Glad to see we get a glimpse of it here. Also, I’ve been showing my family your videos, and they were inspired to install can lights in our kitchen in part because of your channel. So thank you Elisa for your educational videos!

Tip from my father, the architect, "Spend on anything you touch every day." In other words, the 20% upgrade in cost to go from hollow core doors to solid doors is 100% worth it. The upgrade from Habitat for Humanity spray-painted ceiling pendant to a fancy-pants designer light fixture is 100% NOT worth it. A pendant that is above your head is not something you touch every day. It should be OK on close inspection but does not need to be glamorous (I don't care WHAT the KZbin designers tell you). Spend on faucets, door handles, light switches, etc. Save on flooring, ceiling treatments, curtains (IKEA for the win!), and tiles. 98% of the public can't tell the difference between ceramic "marble" tile and the real thing, anyway. The Wisdom of Dad lives on!

I like your videos. But as a mom of many I very much disagree with the lever handles for doors. They're too easy for a toddler or preschooler to open. Door knobs keep kids where they're supposed to be for quite a while longer. 😉 But keep the videos coming! They're very informative and helpful. 🙂

I have watched your flipping videos for almost a year, but the videos can't pass the smell to me. I want to know, can you really get rid of the smell of old houses? I'm not sure where the smells come out, maybe from old wood, like cabinets and frame, or they come from the AC, but you should understand me, old houses have a old smell, my worry is renovation can't get them all out.
