I was lucky to find a fully furnished room for under 10k( my room rent is 8500+ 1500 electric bills)in a posh area, though I had to buy my own washing machine and utensils. You can find a 1BHK (semi furnished)starting at 8,000, but the quality and location might not be great. A good house in a decent area will usually cost around 12k. Even if you find an affordable rental, the deposit can range from 30k to 50k or even more …
