There are some stores that have gas stoves with fire burners. But generally in apartments, they all are electric stoves. What you're referring to as barbecue is actually an oven Although I believe maybe you can do some sort of barbecuing in there. But barbecue generally happens on a grill in the open

Bro atleast this should be clear and not explicitly asked! I've mentioned it's 1.6 Lakh INR per month.. And if 4 people are living.. that means 1.6/4≈₹40k... Basic Mathematics it is!🤦😶‍🌫️⚰️
