Awesome review mate. Great editing and great scriptwriting. And what I love the mostly is that you actually have the watch itself and have been wearing it, thus creating an honest review based on actual experience. I dislike channels that talk about watches based on specs and looking at online photos. Keep up with this quality of videos. Cheers!

I just got mine ref. 8J41-0AC0, the rare Roman numerals remind me of some of the vintage IWC dress watch. And the 32mm size is not only perfect for my small wrist, but also true to the original dress style watch.
@nexttimewatchreview2 жыл бұрын
I will have to check out that one and see if they have a larger version.
@turnbasedtoddy7664 Жыл бұрын
I don’t believe that is the Ref number. That is the movement number. Are there any other numbers on it?
@nexttimewatchreview6 күн бұрын
Yes, you’re correct that’s not the reference. It’s the movement number. But you can look up Seiko Dolce Roman numeral to see some models.

I’m a woman who’s looking for something thin, high quality, and not blinged out for use as a “daily driver”. That’s hard in the 30-34mm range! This seems perfect, it’s the right size and has a really subtle beauty to it. I do find the white dial/black strap to be a subtlely feminine look but it’s the kind of look men can rock if they don’t worry about it. It seems like these have gone out of production but I’m thinking of picking up one off of eBay anyway.

That’s true! It does fit a woman quite nicely. If you don’t mind ordering from Japan, you can get one from here: www.sakurawatches.com/seiko-dolce-sacm171

I'm struggling between getting the gold or silver.... help!
@nexttimewatchreview2 жыл бұрын
I would go gold for class and silver for longevity. The gold is pvd or dlc which can both scratch and make the watch looks old. Not good for longevity in my opinion. Good luck!

@@nexttimewatchreview thanks so much! Do you know if servicing these costs alot? And is it a once every 10 years kind of thing?
@nexttimewatchreview2 жыл бұрын
I don’t think it will cost a lot based on the price of the watch itself. If you send it back to Seiko the movement will most likely be replaced. The battery needs to be changed on average 3 years

@PocketUau Жыл бұрын
This needed to be 36mm wide and 46mm long IMO. With proportions like this, 38mm would look about as large as a 41mm Diver on wrist, since the average dive watch may have a 30mm dial. This is why I found the 33mm Nomos tangente to wear like a 36mm watch. The dial-to-case proportions are key.
