Some of you guys are having concerns regarding the quality of these products. Like I mentioned in the video, please don't expect some fine silk / georgette / organza from Kreeva. These are occasion wear pieces perfect for 1-2 times wear at special occasions. My mother always says that "jitna ghee daaloge mithai utni achchi banegi!" This holds true in this context as well. These pieces are in the "affordable" range and give you the worth you paid for in-fact a bit more than you paid for!!!

Its about the outfit you are purchasing.. i myself have brought two outfits from there one was a black sequin lehenga (almost every girl wants that) but it looks so cheap...then I exchanged it and brought the plazzo and crop top set...and it turned out so amazing...so just wanna say some outfits are really worth while some are horrible(material,design is so cheap)....so do not buy anything without seeing their actual material and pictures in influencers videos' and post ( posting thus review acc to my experience)...!!

I've been following Prerna's channel for quite some time now. I've loved her style and suggestions from day one. I couldn't help but order from Kreeva after watching this video. But I would like to draw attention to an issue regarding Kreeva. I've ordered a lehanga from the Premium range (as suggested by her as it causes less hassle). However, the Kreeva policy says that you can't return or exchange a premium product. Clearly, it is less hassle as they won't even entertain your complaint. You'll be stuck with the product, like it or dislike it. Please consider these things before buying. I legit wasted 3.5k on a lehenga which I can't wear anywhere. Yes, a 'PREMIUM' product was that bad. I love you Prerna but I would beg to differ about Kreeva. It was a clear thumbs down for me.

Prerna di I have listened from most of the people that kreeva waale sirf influencers ko achi quality product dete hai taaki phir kaafi log order kre and phir uske baad unki quality achi naa hone ki wajah se jb woh log return krte hai product toh woh waapis toh le lete hai but refund nhi krte and most of the time toh unke customer care waale call hi pik nhi krte. Di ek baar aap inse kisi or id se order krna products so that they can't identify you and please phir aap share krna review. Because you know ki aapki youtube family sirf aap pr hi trust krti hai or main toh blindly trust krti hun. Lots of love to u di❣️

I am going to comment on this only that she didn't support meesho but as per price so many products on meesho is good quality and good design but this side kreeva where she suggest has worse quality and u paying 4-5 k not a joke and they don't hv return policy atleast meesho has returned policy so u can return it n nt loosing any penny else I following her for her genuine reviews but for this sorry this is completely paid review

I recently placed an order from kreeva since so many influencers made a video on it. I have few things to mention to the people considering to buy the product. 1. Return policy is very bad the website doesn’t have any clear instructions You will have to call the no. Provided and mail them for a return. 2. Return shipping chargers are to be paid by the customer 3. You will get a credit note and hence you’re stuck to buy something from them again. 4. The quality was okayish These are things influencers should mention rather than telling people fake things just for views and money.

But one thing i want to know Prerna that in description you mentioned that these items are sent to you by kreeva. , but in the video u said that you ordered them 40-50 days before? It was confusing. You should be aware that they are sending good quality to influencers (who they don't charge) and they send bad quality things to customers. I don't think your research is complete. If you would have researched, you would have mentioned that there are people who have received the same outfit as the influencers but the quality was poor. We trust you, so please mention in video that this is a promotional video as you are not a customer, you are promoting the brand.

I did not have the nice experience with Kreeva. First of all they delivered late after my borthers marriage is done. Also after spending 3k amount they did not deliver the actual product. The duppattaa was missing from the outfit and when I raised concern they asked me to share video while opening which I obviously did not had. So will not recommend Kreeva to others 🙏

Thanks for introducing the platform. But there are things that I didn't like about the website, mainly the policies. As Prerna said in the video the delivery might take a month and but for return Kreeva expects the return item to reach them within 10days. That is a weird expectation from customers as customers are not into logistics business. Anyone reading this comment i hope you do check their return/refund policy before placing an order.

Does Kreeva send better made/uses better fabric when they send clothes to Influencers and KZbinrs? The quality of clothes doesn’t look the same when we ordered the same lenenga.
