I really like a floorplan that keeps all the plumbing stationary and not in a slide. I think they will last longer with less issues. With that in mind it's hard to find one that ticks all the boxes. This floorplan does it for us!

Very nice unit, we have a 2021 Bounder with similar floorplan. For the shower, replace the glass shower door with one made by Shower Enclosure America that bows out 7" at the top and really makes the shower nice. The stackable washer dryer is nice, we have the combo. I can tell you Fleetwood/REV Group customer service is absolutely fantastic, trust me. And these are built solid as a rock. You really cannot go wrong with Fleetwood just make sure you buy from a good solid dealer.

We walked through the Fleetwood Fortis 36Y back in January 2023 at the Tampa RV Super show. I have sent a few messages to Fleetwood through the internet page. All I want to know is Fleetwood still making the Fortis 36Y? Thank You.

Is this unit available with a Queen bed? If not can it be ordered without a bed? I have no use for a King bed and will never buy an RV that has one.
