Very nice apartment and quite modern and welll appointed with required furniture to make a comfortable place to live for longer stays. The two of you made a great presentation team with honest preview. It looks great for views and location for nearby places or access to roads or travel. The condo also looks in genuine condition and has also usuable amenities within the building and access to extra building with other great facilities to make your stay feel homely and relaxing. No crazy or noisy bars or entertainment that could make your stay less relaxing. I think you have a great mix there. The two of you do make great presenters for this condo and great that you two could speak honestly to show the true value of renting this apartment longer term. Well-appointed and structure looks up to date with condition and fittings, also furnishing well appointed. Good choice when deciding on fitting out to make it midern and comfortable to all who could see it as a longer rental, without having to view many. Well done to the two of you... regards John

I have seen many many Bangkok apartment building videos. Mostly it's form over function. Places that look nice, but you really can't use them as work or coworking spaces. Maybe read a book there. Have a meeting where you just talk. I imagine you have to schedule and compete for the rooms you see with tables.
